Exchanges or Returns
At Osz.com customer satisfaction is important.
If customers are dissatisfied with any product purchased, they may return
it by obtaining a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form.
Complete the RMA form and return it by any reasonable means within 7 business
days from the date the order arrived. Osz.com will evaluate each return
and will issue a refund or credit after the product is evaluated
based on the following policies:
- Osz.com Error: If customers are returning the product
due to a defect, or because their order was incorrect due to our error,
we will refund the entire price for the purchase, including any
and all shipping/handling costs and sales tax, if applicable.
Customers must notify Osz.com by any reasonable means of communication
within 7 business days after receiving their order for all claims
regarding shortages or defective merchandise.
- Customer Error: Wrong product orders will be credited
for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. The customer will
be responsible for shipping/handling costs to return the product to Osz.com.

within 7 business days after receiving their order for all claims
where the customer has made an error. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- Manufacturer Warranties: Osz.com will honor the manufacturer's
guarantee on any of their products originally purchased from Osz.com.

Osz.com will not accept returns or exchanges for any
product that has been damaged by the customer.
* No refund or credit will be issued for returns that do not include
the original packaging and the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form.
The RMA may be emailed, faxed, or mailed to Osz.com.
Technical Error
Osz.com relies on various manufacturers,
distributors,and vendors to provide us with information on products
and pricing. In the world today, technical mistakes have been known to occur.
Osz.com reserves the right to cancel orders due to technical mistakes.
Payment
Online orders may be paid by Visa or MasterCard.
Sales tax will be added for California residents only.
Security
At Osz.com, we take data security seriously.
We will never release any card information to anybody outside
our organization other than to process the order and to check for credit/fraud.
